Two ways to open one popup
The buttons use a click trigger on a CSS class. The text link uses the built-in #d5pe-open-ID link format. Both open the same campaign.

A real Divi Contact Form
The form is Divi’s own module. Popup Engine waits for Divi’s success message before it counts a response, so a failed or invalid submission is not recorded.

Keyboard and screen readers
Focus moves into the popup, stays there while it is open, and returns to the button you used. Escape and the close button both close it.
